Depending upon our Client’s need, we house internal ICON Information Consultants’ account managers and recruiters onsite at a Client’s site as part of our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) for direct hire initiatives or Supplier on Premise/Vendor on Premise (SOP/VOP) for contingent worker programs.

To kick off the process, we work with our clients to customize a solution to their needs and ensure a good fit. For example, is a full time recruiter needed or would a part time recruiter be sufficient?
We review the duration of the project, the number and type of open positions to be filled, and the company’s long-term needs and objectives. Once these factors are known, we set goals for the recruiter and program and put a service level agreement in place.
Having an on-site recruiter is not the same as traditional staffing as it allows the onsite recruiter to focus solely on one client and to become an expert in that customer’s culture, brand and mission.
